Refund and Cancellation Policy - Match Experience Hospitality

Please review this Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before completing your purchase.

By submitting your request, you are offering to enter into a binding contract for the selected Hospitality Packages, subject to the:

  • Match Experience Hospitality Sales Regulations
  • FIFA World Cup 26™ Ticket Terms of Use (for events in Canada, Mexico, and the USA)
  • Stadium Code of Conduct

Please note that submitting a request form does not guarantee availability. A contract is created only once your request has been formally accepted by Match Experience Hospitality.
All relevant documents may be provided upon request or made available on our website.

Ticket-Only Deals

A non-refundable registration fee of USD $1,000.00 applies to all ticket-only requests.

Cancellations are permitted only until tickets have been purchased on your behalf.

Once tickets have been purchased, no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted under any circumstances.

3. Registration & Payment

To secure your hospitality package, a deposit or full payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required.

Match Experience Hospitality cannot guarantee the reservation of suites or match tickets until the full package amount, including all applicable taxes, has been confirmed as received by our merchant bank.

Payments must be completed within the deadlines communicated to you in writing. Failure to complete payment within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation of your booking without refund.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Prices may vary depending on package inclusions, event location, market demand, and availability.
For Ticket-Only Deals:

  • The USD $1,000.00 registration fee is non-refundable.
  • Cancellations are permitted only prior to ticket purchase.
  • Once tickets have been purchased, no refunds will be issued.

For Package Deals:
You may cancel your package booking at any time prior to the event. However, refunds will be issued only after deducting applicable charges and costs already incurred, which may include:

  • The USD $500.00 service charge
  • Travel insurance
  • Airline tickets
  • Hotel accommodation
  • Match tickets
  • Any other non-recoverable costs already committed on your behalf

Once these costs have been incurred or tickets have been secured, those amounts will not be refundable.

A non-refundable service charge of USD $500.00 applies to all hospitality package bookings.

By submitting a booking request, you agree to comply with the Match Experience Hospitality Sales Regulations, FIFA World Cup 26™ Ticket Terms of Use, the Stadium Code of Conduct, and our Privacy Policy.

General Terms

Except where explicitly stated in this policy, all sales are considered final.

Tickets or hospitality packages must not be used for promotions, lotteries, giveaways, or bundled sales without prior written consent from Match Experience Hospitality.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred unless explicitly permitted in writing by Match Experience Hospitality.

All brochures, catalogues, and marketing materials are provided for illustrative purposes only and do not constitute a binding offer.

Privacy and Consent

Your contact details will be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By submitting your request, you may choose to receive updates and communications regarding Match Experience Hospitality services and events.
You may opt to:

  • Receive updates via email, phone, or SMS regarding events and services.
  • Allow Match Experience Hospitality to share your contact details with affiliated partners (including On Location) for relevant event-related offers.

You may withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time.
