Terms & Conditions – Match Experience Hospitality

By accessing or using our website, services, or booking any hospitality packages, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

Merchant Domicile and Governing Law

Match Experience Hospitality is a limited liability company incorporated and domiciled in Ghana.

All transactions, agreements, and services provided through this website are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ghana.

Use of the Website
  • Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our website and services.
  • Account Registration: Where registration is required, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all activity under your account.
Privacy Policy

By using our website, you consent to the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Intellectual Property

  2. Your breach or violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;

No Unauthorized Use or Resale

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, or otherwise exploit any part of this website for commercial or non-commercial purposes without prior written consent from Match Experience Hospitality.

If you wish to use, copy, or reproduce any content from this website, you must obtain written authorization by contacting us via email.

Transaction Currency

All hospitality packages listed on this website are priced and transacted in United States Dollars (USD).

For payment cards denominated in Ghana Cedis (GHS) or other currencies, your card issuer or financial institution will determine the final currency conversion rate at the time of purchase.

All prices displayed on this website are final at the time a booking request is submitted and are inclusive of all applicable taxes. The total price seen at checkout is the final amount to be paid.

Booking & Payment
  • All bookings are subject to availability and written confirmation from Match Experience Hospitality.
  • A deposit or full payment (as specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your hospitality package.
  • Prices may vary depending on package inclusions, event location, market demand, and availability.
  • Failure to make payment within the specified deadline may result in cancellation of the booking without refund.
  • Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
Payment Terms

We offer two payment options for hospitality packages:

Full Payment

Clients may choose to pay the full invoice amount at the time of booking.

Installment Plan

Clients may also choose an installment plan, where the total invoice amount is divided into equal payments.

The installment schedule will be provided at checkout.

FIFA World Cup 26™ Payment Deadline

Regardless of the payment method selected, the full invoice amount must be paid no later than 8th June 2026.

Failure to complete payment by this deadline may result in cancellation of the reservation and release of the hospitality package.

FIFA World Cup 26™ Hospitality Packages

All FIFA World Cup 26™ hospitality package sales are final.

No refunds, cancellations, or exchanges will be permitted once payment has been applied toward the purchase of tickets or hospitality packages.

Deposits are refundable only until they are formally applied toward ticket or package purchase.

Delivery Policy
  • Confirmatio of Payment & Certification:  Upon receipt of full payment (either via a single transaction or the completion of the 3-month installment plan), Match Experience Hospitality will issue an Official Certificate to the client. This certificate serves as the formal proof of full payment and secures your hospitality package.
  • Travel & Accommodation Arrangements: Following the issuance of the Confirmation Certificate, detailed itineraries including accommodation vouchers and flight arrangements will be sent to the client via their registered email address.
  • Digital Delivery: All travel documents, itineraries, and hospitality passes are delivered electronically.
